Consider requesting a room away from the elevators for a quieter stay, as some rooms may have occasional noise from foot traffic.

The indoor pool was a great size, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Housekeeping frequently neglected to replenish bath towels, which became quite frustrating.

I recently spent 5 nights here and absolutely loved the spacious bathroom with a nice walk-in shower and a king bed that was super comfy. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, though it could use a few more choices. My only downside was the limited cable TV options. I was hoping for more channels. I would definitely return!

The hotel’s interiors featured contemporary decor, with bright, welcoming colors and large windows that offered beautiful views of the Adelaide skyline, making the atmosphere feel airy and inviting, especially for seniors like myself who appreciate a bright space.
More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

great amenities but minor issues
The facilities are excellent! ! The indoor pool is a fantastic size, especially for kids. I loved having a suite with a separate living area for our family. it was perfect for winding down after our toddler went to bed. The buffet breakfast had a warm and welcoming host that made the morning feel special. The breakfast spread was well-organized and had something for everyone.
The only issue was the lack of some consumable replenishments in our room.

The Peppers Deluxe Room was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool is great for laps, and the staff were helpful but could improve in offering information without being asked.
The valet parking fee seemed high for our needs and the breakfast service could be quicker and more attentive to specific requests.

The Peppers Guest Room was super comfy with really nice bedding. The room was cleaned when we needed it, and I loved the deep bath—perfect for relaxing. The space was good for us as a couple. Just the bar fridge wasn't cold enough, which was a bit of a letdown.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our recent stay was mostly enjoyable. The deluxe room was spacious and clean. We felt welcomed by the friendly staff but experienced some inconvenience with housekeeping not replenishing consumables. The breakfast choices were limited, so consider ordering off the menu. a nice place but with potential improvements.
